Eastnor, St John the Baptist
The Eastnor Parish Church of St John the Baptist is located on the west side of Upper Road in the middle of this small village. There is limited roadside parking space on Upper Road.
Ringing is from the ground floor where there is plenty of space to ring the 6 bells.

I visited for the first time on on Saturday 1st July 2017 as the fourth tower of the Four Shires Guild annual tour. I started by ringing up bell #3 followed by a touch of Grandsire. I also managed to ring bell #2 for Plain Bob Minor, bell #4 for Stedman and ended by ringing down bell #5.
The Bells
The tower has a ring of 6 bells with a tenor weighing 9-0-0 in A. Dove's Guide includes details of the bells at St John with more information provided by the Hereford Diocesan Guild of bellringers. No information on the bells history or inscriptions was to be found.
