Lyndhurst, St Michael and All Angels
The parish church of St Michael, Lyndhurst is located in the middle of this large village on the South side of the High Street (A35), a one-way street with no nearby parking.
The ringing room reached by climbing an open stone slab stair of 17 steps.

I visited for the first time on Saturday 4th July 2015 as the third tower of the Four Shires Guild annual tour. [1st, 2nd, 4th].
I started by ringing bell #5 for Grandsire Triples and ended by ringing the tenor for Grandsire Doubles.
The Bells
The tower has a ring of 8 bells with a tenor weighing 11-0-0 in G. Dove's Guide includes details of the bells at St Michael and more information is provided by the Winchester and Portsmouth Diocesan Guild.
