Northmoor, St Denys
The parish Church of St Denys, Northmoor is situated, appropriately enough, on the south side of Church Road near the centre of this small village. There is limited roadside parking on Church Road.
The ringing room is reached by climbing a short, 10 step, wooden staircase the base of which is inside the tower. The ringing room does not provide much space for anyone not ringing one of the six bells.

My first visit was on Thursday 17th October 2013 as the fourth, and last, tower
[1st,
2nd,
3rd]
of the 288th Mid-week Outing
of the
Four Shires Guild.
I only rang the once and that was for a touch of Grandsire Doubles on bell #3.
The Bells
The tower has a ring of 6 bells with a tenor weighing ~11-0-0 in Ab. Dove's Guide includes details of the bells at St Denys and more information is provided by the Oxford Diocesan Guild of Church Bell Ringers.
